CITY OF WARRENTON PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING A public hearing before the Warrenton Planning Commission has been set for the following land use applications on March 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Warrenton City Commission Chambers: 1. Sandworks, Inc. submitted subdivision (File SUB-10-1) to create 60 lots occurring in three (3) phases. Phase 1 will create lots 1 thru 14; Phase 2 will create lots 15 thru 45; and Phase 3 will create lots 46 thru 60.
